Who is Miripa Properties
In early 1970, MIchael RIcardo PAck became known as MIRIPA Incorporated to his friends and family. In 1971, he proposed to his girlfriend, Denise, by offering her the elite position of “wife” in the MIRIPA Corporation. She officially accepted the position in June of 1972. Fifty years and a lot of life later, the MIRIPA corporation has added a few generational members and is still going strong.
In 2007, when the family decided to turn their supplemental real estate investing into an official business, they pondered over many names. The MIRIPA Real Estate Company was born.
- Miripa Real Estate houses the following brands in the metropolitan Atlanta area: Miripa Properties that brings beauty to local neighborhoods by turning dilapidated houses into beautiful homes, Welcome Home Properties which provides quality rental homes and provides full realtor services.
- Miripa Capital Partners, a syndication firm for passive multifamily investors that provides high annual returns, and BRIC, the Black Realty and Investment Community which offers education, mentoring, and networking opportunities to help Black communities build wealth “Brick-by-BRIC”.
